A Golfer, Former F1 Driver & Mercedes SLS AMG

In case you are wondering what a golfer, former F1 driver & Mercedes SLS AMG have in common; they landed in the Guinness Book of World Records.

How? Well, pro golfer Jake Shepherd teed off at the Dunsfold Aerodrome in England and hit the ball at an astonishing 178 mph, Formula 1 veteran David Coulthard sped off after it in the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster and caught it some 275 meters at 120 mph.

This feat at the viral film for Mercedes-Benz UK shoot landed Jake, David and the 571hp Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster in the Guinness Book of World Records for the worlds’ farthest golf shot caught in a moving car.

Need proof? Mercedes-Benz will debut the video footage in early July…
