Communication is the source of trust and respect within an organization.

When awareness of communication increases, communication is enhanced.

When we take responsibility for how we communicate, the organization is enhanced.

Good leaders make their people see there are at the very heart of things.

If someone feels that he/she makes a difference to the success of the organization, they’ll feel centered and that gives their work meaning.
