Part 20 of the excerpts from 100 Ways To Motivate Others

It’s hard to motivate others if you don’t have time to talk to them.

Managers whose teams are not performing well are simply doing ineffective things all day. Rather than stopping and deciding what would be right, they do the wrong things faster.

You have more to do than you can possibly do. You just need to feel good about your choices.

The constant preoccupation with all the things we have to do is the largest consumer of time and energy.
